Policies
CATERING POLICIES:
Minimum of $100.00 Deposit to secure date.
Final Count due 8 days Prior to event.
Final Payment is due at the end of your event. ( Unless other arrangements are made with our Catering Director)
We accept Cash & All Major Credit Cards. If you use a credit card there will be a 3% charge added for processing of card.
In the event of cancellation of your contracted event, the $100.00 deposit will be non-refundable.
PRICES:
Prices are subject to change due to seasonal items; we will let you know prior to contracting if prices will decrease/increase from sample menus.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT:
We work very closely with several local rental companies and would be happy to handle special rental needs that you may have for your event. We can provide samples of most rental items for you to preview. You would need to set-up an appointment with our Catering Director and let us know the items you desire to review.
CATERING SITES:
We are approved Caterers at many sites in Williamsburg, Charles City, Newport News, Hampton, Smithfield, Jamestown, & Gloucester. We would be happy to provide you with a list.
OUR TENTATIVE CALENDAR:
We would be happy to pencil your event on our tentative calendar: we will hold the date for 30 days
